Brand Application

When approaching the re-development of the High Impact Meetings course, we ensured that the essence of the Avenir Leaderships brand (tone, voice, and visuals) was maintained while pivoting the strategy on how the information was being delivered.

Keeping the goal in mind, to enhance and engage the users experience, we focused the strategy around 3 core educating principles — the rule of 3, addressing the 3 types of learners and using visuals to support. The information was strategically paired down to ensure the user could balance what was being viewed on screen to what was being spoken to them through audio. The tactile portion was addressed with downloadable tools/worksheets that would allow a user to take the concepts learnt in the course and apply it in a real world setting; ultimately using the newly interactive tools in their business and enhance both themselves and their team.

Strategically using layout, content breaks and animations allowed us to set the pace of the learner and keep them informed of when a change in topic was transitioning or when a lesson was concluding and another one was beginning. The multi-module course, consisting of 10 keynotes, maintains a visual consistency with one another while giving enough visual variety (through the use of images, subtle animations, and iconography) to keep the user lively and actively engaged.
